Zoe Hayes - #dustoffdepression

In today's episode I will be speaking with Zoe Hayes a little about her story and what drove her to create the #dustoffdepression movement and why she is so passionate about people talking about depression and anxiety. We also chat about how she does all of the things she has on her plate and I feel like every new mum can relate to this one. At just 24 Zoe is a multi-passionate entrepreneur working hard and she is an inspiring woman and mum and little Zahara is very lucky to be learning life from her, as well as her many social media followers she communicates with everyday.
